Our charges are simple, there are no hidden extra fees or costs. All customers are made aware of our rates at the time of booking per job.

• We operate a No Fix No Fee policy, so if we can’t solve the probelm, we won’t charge you a penny.
• Our basic hourly rate for home users is £35 for the first hour, after which work will be charged in 30 minute increments at a rate of £15.
• All rates exclude the cost of parts and materials.
• All work is completed with a minimum one hour charge (£35).
• Customers will not be charged for parking, or the time engineers spend travelling to and from other jobs.
• Over 90% of our home service calls are completed within the first hour.
